  • Personal data is processed:
    • In order to make a donation
      If you choose to make a donation to us, your personal data is processed for the purpose of accounting for donations received and for possible contact with the donor to send a thank you card for the donation. The processing of donors' data for the purpose of accounting for donations received is our obligation and derives from the law.
      On the other hand, your provision of data such as telephone number or e-mail address to enable us to contact you is done with your consent. Your consent is voluntary.
      We will process the data of donors for accounting purposes for 5 years counted from the year following the year of the last accounting activity. We will process data used for analytical purposes for 5 years counted from the year after the data analysis is completed. On the other hand, we will process contact data until you revoke your consent.
    • In order to contact us
      You can contact us by sending an e-mail or by telephone. Providing personal data for contact is voluntary, with your consent. The extent of the personal data processed depends on what matter you are contacting us with (e.g., sending an offer and establishing cooperation, donation, matters related to implementation or participation in projects, etc.).
    • By leaving a comment on social media
      If you interact with us via social media (for example Facebook) or by sending a private message, sharing posts or leaving a comment, we process your personal data that you use in these media. The use of the above channels is voluntary and is done with your consent.
  • Withdrawal of consent for the transfer of personal data
    You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for contact purposes and within the framework of the Project by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the following content: "I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data in the scope of e-mail address/phone number (please provide e-mail address)", by mail or in person at ADO's registered office.
    Withdrawal of consent can only be made by the owner of the personal data. ADO reserves the right to verify the identity of the person withdrawing consent in order to ensure proper exercise of rights.

  • Sharing personal data

Collected personal data may be shared for, among others:

    • IT system providers and cooperating entities to perform technical activities to ensure the security of these systems,
    • to postal and courier service providers in accordance with the postal law for the purpose of traditional correspondence,
    • entities providing email correspondence services, such as GetResponse,
    • banking systems or payment institution - Przelewy24, through which payments are made.

Disclosure of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and only in situations where it is necessary for the implementation and settlement of the services provided, ensuring the confidentiality of the personal data processed. When using social media, personal data will be processed in countries that may not provide a sufficient level of protection for personal data, such as the US or other countries where media providers have their data processing servers. Personal data may be viewed and collected by U.S. services (NSA, FBI, CIA), and Data Owners do not have access to judicial remedies to defend against the processing of personal data by these services.

  • Rights of personal data owners

In connection with the processing, you have the right to request the following:

  • to access and correct their personal data in accordance with the regulations,
  • to restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • to delete your personal data in the case of data processed on the basis of consent given.
